About Sandipta Padhee

As an Assistant Professor at SIKSHA O ANUSANDHAN UNIVERSITY, I teach and mentor over 300 law students in constitutional law, administrative law, law of torts, and criminology. I am also involved in setting the course structure, conducting evaluations, and guiding research projects. I have been in this role for more than two years, and I enjoy sharing my knowledge and passion for law with the next generation of legal professionals. I hold a Master of Laws degree in Law from National Law University, Odisha, and a Bachelor of Laws degree in Law from Hidayatullah National Law University, Raipur. I have also qualified the National Eligibility Test (NET) for Assistant Professor in Law, issued by the University Grants Commission. My areas of expertise and interest include constitutional law, comparative law, and criminology. I have published multiple papers and articles on these topics in reputed journals and platforms. I have also worked as a Research Fellow at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies, and as a Legal Associate at WizCounsel, where I gained valuable experience in legal practice and intellectual property law.
