About Sandra Ackley

I am passionate for client service and can-do attitude my experience demonstrates this with world class customer service (2017 Outstanding Service Award) and all my peers for the past 25 years would agree. My organizational skills with attention to detail included: the ability work collaboratively with peers; an ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously; and manage Advertising multi million-dollar monthly programs while establishing standard operating procedures and holding Advertising vendor service agreements accountable for over 15 years. When I worked for Bank of America / MBNA I was in the Advertising: Production, Traffic and Centralized departments making at least 115 (up to 330) different custom products per month which completed with a very complicated monthly schedule. I have advance knowledge in Excel (taught peers how to use it) and developing scopes while managing creative vendors and campaigns, keeping projects moving, submitting deliverable's on time and ensuring a seamless experience for all parties involved. Moreover, while my previous positions afforded me a well-rounded skill set, including excellent relationship building and on time project management skills.
