About Sandra Ascenzo

Passionate about construction, project management, project development, and architecture. I am looking for new opportunities and new projects. My professional path began working in a few small Real Estate companies, which allowed me to learn about the different aspects of a project and the Real Estate and construction industry in Peru. Until recently, I worked as Senior Project Manager at Global Inmobiliaria, leading residential real estate projects, from feasibility analysis and land purchase to turnkey delivery to end users. I have supervised and managed more than 20 finished residential and commercial real estate projects. My coworkers know me as a team player, always leading, detail-oriented, and pursuing the best-balanced way of problem-solving (thinking about the customer relationship and the company's benefits). As a team leader, I am always open to listening, encouraging new ideas, and focused on achieving project objectives. I have a Professional Degree earned from Ricardo Palma University, a Construction Management Diploma from UPC - Peruvian University of Applied Science, and an Architecture's Master from Ricardo Palma University in Peru. Recently, I finished an MBA program at University Canada West in Vancouver, expanding my knowledge in Business Administration and gaining skills in accounting, finance, marketing, operations, and Project Management.
