Being a banker since 1993 has really afforded Sandra an opportunity to learn and grow. After spending 22 years on the retail side she moved to the corporate in the capacity of a trainer. This move allowed her to meet new bankers as they began their career at Armstrong as well as having an opportunity to mentor. Not only does banking encompass her life, she has been working in the community most of her adult life through ministry.
