About Sandra Baulch

A decorated Veteran and multi-skilled logistics operations, project, events, administrative, and procurement professional, I blend my experience, skills and knowledge acquired over two decades of Service in the Australian Army and Public Sector with empathy, curiosity, openness and infectious enthusiasm to understand and build effective relationships with stakeholders and customers alike in order to deliver outcomes that best suit their needs in accordance with Policy and frameworks. I have been selected for international representation and liaison based on my reputation as a genuinely friendly professional who has cultivated an expansive network from frontline personnel and industry partners to foreign nationals and senior executives to enable a wide variety of large-scale War and Peace-keeping, training and ceremonial operational projects and events. I am a proud recipient of a Meritorious Unit Citation in 2015 for Logistics work undertaken in the Middle East. As a neurodivergent individual, I have an energetic entrepreneurial and explorative nature. With a ravenous appetite for novelty and knowledge, I thoroughly enjoy reviewing historical case studies and strategies adopted around the globe, learning about new capabilities and exploring viability within my work and personal life. My ability to make seemingly unlikely connections and deliver creative business solutions for both my department and my community has been celebrated by colleagues and leadership alike. I'm intensely passionate about innovation and transformation, and developing a community more prepared to adapt alongside (rather than react to) changes in climate, mobility, technology and diversity; to become more resilient, save time, effort and resources through developing more sustainable, efficient and effective processes, and obliterating unnecessary red tape.
