Hi, I’m Sandy, and I turn what people know into something teachable, powerful, relational, and visible. And I make sure it’s accessible for all kinds of brains. I’m damn good at it. I am an award-winning educator turned learning designer, community strategist, and visibility architect. My work lives at the intersection of curriculum, visibility, connection, and inclusion, and I build with and for complex thinkers with something to say. I’ve spent over 20 years designing impactful learning in classrooms, corporate training, educator development, coaching programs, and media platforms. I’m the founder of St. Pete Girl Boss, a grassroots network that grew from 5 to over 8,600 women in just three years. I’ve been recognized for my work in inclusion, community growth, and instructional design, and I’ve built visibility strategies and curriculum for everything from nonprofits and city campaigns to ADHD creators and conferences. People hire me when they have something powerful—a keynote, a community, a framework, a body of work—and want help shaping it into content that connects, teaches, or shifts culture. Often, they’re hovering just below their next level of success, maybe frozen or overwhelmed. They need some insight and a way forward (and some Sandy magic ). My favorite folks have brains that don’t follow rules: gifted thinkers, neurodivergent creators, survivors. I help them understand the why before we get to the how. My sweet spot is working with entrepreneurs and leaders with ADHD. I build strategy that supports who you are and what you're here to do, so you can effectively and sustainably share it.
