I have 10+ years of experience in structuring commercial and corporate loan portfolios. I am skilled in analyzing financial statements to determine and mitigate lending and transaction risks with scenario based sensitivity analysis and credit modelling and well versed in the preparation of credit/financing approval memos with clearly articulated recommendations based on extensive customer and industry research and analysis. My experience managing lending portfolios cut across the Financial, Aviation, Steel, Food and Beverages Industries working with Emerging Corporates, Large Corporates and Multinational Companies, Small Businesses and top Executives of these Corporates. Over the course of my career, I have signed three consecutive Aircraft financing projects totaling $16.4million CAD, and arranged a CAD$7.2Million CAD forfaiting deal. I was involved in managing an over $5Billion portfolio to support >100 Credit Unions in British Columbia and Ontario by providing and facilitating various financing solutions that enable them meet their financial goals. I was also responsible for issuing Letters of Credits and Financial Guarantees, required to back financial or non-financial transactions or projects.
