I am a highly experienced health and social care worker. I am person-centred, reliable and results-oriented with over six years’ experience supporting individuals with physical and mental health care needs within community and acute hospital settings.I have extensive hands-on experience working with adolescents and adults with conditions including brain and spinal injuries, PTSD, anorexia, depression and epilepsy. My educational foundation in psychology enables me to take an informed and holistic approach to client and team management, enhancing the outcomes for both. I have also worked in mental health care environments and am experienced in supporting younger clients with such challenges.In my past roles, I have managed care teams, participated in physiotherapy and cognitive rehabilitation activities, implemented client care routines, and trained staff with the aim of achieving the goals set by the client. I have organised activities to support clients' social and psychological wellbeing, and provided emotional and psychological support through skilled, open, communication techniques.My keen attention to detail ensures effective oversight of all tasks, leading to smooth running and well supported teams.
