About Sandra Broglio

I am enjoying an extensive career in Retail which has provided me with several opportunities to diversify my career and develop professionally. I started my career in Merchandising and Logistics Leadership roles, managing all operational activities within the store environment. I developed my skills in planning and executing operational and sales standards. Mentoring direct reports in operations and sales, and cross training to optimize productivity. Next came my 10yrs experience as an Allocation and Replenishment Analyst for Retail and On-line. I quickly demonstrated my strong problem solving, and analytical skills, while monitoring sales, managing inventory, and building and improving processes. I then changed course to Human Recourses as a Change Analyst providing communication and support, acting as mediator between Subject Matter Experts and Merchandise Business Teams. Within a year I migrated to a Training Consultant. In these roles I collaborated with both internal and external teams, Subject Matter Experts, key stakeholders and end users. Collaborating in the development of training materials, facilitation of training, and providing communication and technical support to all areas of the business when our company was reinventing itself. I moved then from Sales Team Lead to Retail Store Manager. I incorporate many of my skills in developing the store, it's team and it's environment. From all operational activities to leading and supporting sales associates and owner, to training associates on systems, my diversity has helped me become a better and more efficient manager.
