We have the power and the means to improve the lives of people in the value chains. By 'simply'​ changing our production and purchasing methods and being transparent and traceable, and working together with all stakeholders e.g. farmers, employees, companies, governments, civil society and consumers towards a sustainable value chain and fair value distribution. This counts for companies (as part of their international CSR/RBC/ESG policy, and duty to respect and support human and environmental rights), government (duty to protect their citizens) and buyers and consumers (be aware what you buy and whom and where you buy it from).
