Monitor payments re cash flow Analysis & Reporting Generate ageing reports Reconciliation of all credit card and cash transactions. Reporting Preparation and analysis of various treasury reports General Treasury Tasks Preparation and filing of internal documents Ensure all process rules are adhered to Streamline process where possible. Train all staff on all applications used Develop robust reconciliation methods. Conduct staff objectives and reviews. Support the other Finance teams. Manage the relationships with external stakeholders, American Express, Barclaycard, Barclays, RBS/NatWest, BNP Paris, RBS International Jersey, Elavon, Credit Call, WeChat etc.
