About Sandra Bygrave

Sandra works with organisations to develop innovative service models, identify strategic partnerships, workforce re-design and performance measures. She is trained in the very elegant Results Based Accountability; which she uses to help groups understand how they are performing, the story behind their performance and the difference their efforts are making. She also assists organisations and communities achieve growth through successful funding submissions and capabilities required for change. Sandra has extensive knowledge and experience of aged care reform where she has worked nationally to bring about and sustain change. Guiding quote – ‘If you always do what you always did, you’ll always get what you always got.’ To be successful in this era of change, reforms and increased competition, programs and projects must respond to identified needs – they can’t simply be business as usual or someone’s ‘good idea’. Knowing what you want to achieve for customers and communities and then measuring the outcomes you currently achieve will identify what you need to do more of, what you need to do differently, who you might need to partner with to do better, and what you might need to stop doing because, if you always do.
