I am a seasoned sales manager, leader and expert in handling multi projects and to navigate through complex challenges. I work with and promote sales with business customers such as Floral, Gift & Gourmet companies as well as greenhouse growers. I always strive to bring 100% to the work I do and my goals are to build strong long lasting relationship with my customers. I work hard to find out what my customers needs are and to provide them with great quality items & service. I specialize in creating specialty and custom packaging and custom made branded merchandise. I work to tailor individual account needs as well as private label and branded programs, working closely with customers on creating custom designs that help them stand out from the crowds. Currently I am responsible for product development: coming up with new products that are current and offer great value. I work on designing Wald Imports catalogs for the Spring /Summer & Fall/Holiday. This includes organizing and prepping for all the photo shoots of our products. Specialties: Customer service, sales, key account management, product development, catalog design, purchasing, marketing, setting up, organizing & working trade shows & working on increasing E-com sales.
