About Sandra Caldare

I love a great challenge! I step in evaluate the organization, function and structure and move quickly to make necessary corrections and efficiency improvements. The office I stepped into a year and a half ago was a complete wreck. I gladly untangled it and set in place procedures and processes that are used to maintain a high standard of paperwork and inventory control. Budget requirements were at the forefront in all decision making and by keeping a watchful eye on all incoming supplies I was able to secure numerous credits for DCI. Developing professional relationships with patients, their family members, physicians, coworkers and vendors comes naturally to me. I am continually evaluating and looking for ways to improve all aspects of our Gardnerville clinic.
