I'm Sandra, and with over two decades of experience in leadership roles and as an internationally accredited Executive Coach, I specialize in honing the personal brands of business leaders and entrepreneurs. My career has equipped me with the skills to enhance my clients' potential and ensure their success, even under intense pressure, while prioritizing their mental well-being. I am dedicated to empowering diverse teams and individuals to excel. I am also the Co-Owner of SB Leadership, where I join forces with my amazing business partner, Barbara Bock-Walenta, to inspire and transform leaders. In my previous roles, I served as Head of Digital at General Motors Europe, Chief Marketing Officer on the board of a publicly traded machine vision company, and Partner at BA Leadership Development. As a passionate and sought-after speaker, I have shared my insights at venues like the Cannes Lions Festival of Creativity. My educational background includes being an alumna of Harvard Business School, holding a Professional Certified Coach (PCC) credential from the International Coaching Federation (ICF), and a Master's certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) from DVNLP. Additionally, I have a Diploma in Sports Economics from the German Sport University Cologne, which aligns with my history as a competitive basketball player. I am multilingual, facilitating in English and German, with proficiency in Spanish. My broad international background includes significant time in Spain and the U.S. Now, I call Frankfurt home, where I enjoy life with my family of Baseball enthusiasts.
