Pharmacist with solid experience in the pharmaceutical industry, a comprehensive understanding of the healthcare system, and a cross-functional profile. Throughout my career, I have held key positions in marketing, medical affairs, sales, consulting, and currently in Market Access (RAM), which has allowed me to gain a broad understanding of the healthcare landscape and its challenges. I have worked for leading companies such as BMS, Lilly, Janssen, and Novartis, collaborating with a wide range of medical specialties (oncology, gynecology, radiation therapy, cardiology, psychiatry, rheumatology, among others), which has provided me with a multidisciplinary and holistic perspective. In my current role, I lead the introduction of new medicines to the market, helping reduce access barriers, highlight the value of therapeutic and care innovation, and anticipate upcoming regulatory and economic changes. A firm believer in cross-functional collaboration, I bring strategic vision, customer orientation, resilience, proactivity, and the ability to lead innovative projects that aim to improve patients’ lives.
