Through consensus building, Sandra assists her clients in developing a vision for change, often utilizing her broad and diverse back ground to help clients develop and position themselves for new ways of doing things. Through facilitation, coaching and clear communication, Sandra guides teams to achieve results faster, on budget and with high quality! Sandra has 30+ years of global business experience (11 years at an executive level) and has consulted with hundreds of leaders and their teams. Sandra’s career has allowed her to gain in depth expertise in Technology, Oil & Gas, Manufacturing, Customer Service, Training, Coaching, Change and a diverse set of senior executive skills from years of wide ranging global responsibilities.
