I have a Bachelor of Applied Science in Computer Science (R.M.I.T), with 17 years of experience working in various large organizations - 9 years in numerous IT technical roles at Telstra and at EDS (both in production support and in development roles); followed by 8 years in the Project Management space, working in various Project Analyst/Consultant/Co-Ordinator roles at EDS, BUPA and TAC. My current role is Project Co-Ordinator, within the Transformation Office branch at TAC. This branch sits within the Enterprise Transformation division and supports delivery of Portfolios/Programs/Projects that sit within the TAC Strategic Program. My current focus in this role is Product Owner of PPM Tool - Planview Portfolios. During my time at TAC, I have also performed higher duties as acting Portfolio Analyst, within the Project Management Office at TAC. I have experience in coordinating projects o varying complexity and cost simultaneously within an Information Technology environment. I have a solid understanding of both the Software Delivery Life Cycle as well as Project Management frameworks, methodologies and practices. I have experience and ability to communicate and influence stakeholders internally and externally, and at all levels of a project team and all levels of a large organisation. At EDS in the Project Analyst role, I was part of the Project Management team and was responsible for supporting project managers in all aspects of one or more system development projects, such that projects delivered the desired customer requirements, were completed on time, on budget and to the agreed quality and best practice standards. During my time at EDS, I completed the EDS Global Project Management Excellence Program - Project Management Capability Enhancement. At Bupa in the Program Consultant role, I was part of the Program Delivery Office who was responsible for the enhancement of Bupa’s project delivery capability. This involved assisting and supporting project managers in the administration and coordination of projects, which included the implementation of project management processes, portfolio and project reporting and asset management, throughout the entire project lifecycle, planning, executing, reviewing and implementing.
