I’m a systemic change strategist and founder driven by the belief that organizations are communities of people — not just systems. Over the past decade, I’ve led complex transformation initiatives across public, private, and global sectors, working with governments, Fortune 500s, and mission-driven organizations. My approach blends human-centered design, trauma-informed practices, and psychological safety to create conditions where people — and outcomes — thrive. In 2024, I transitioned Openfield Consulting from a subcontractor model to a purpose-built consulting firm with a full-time, all-women team. That shift not only scaled our impact but set a new standard for ethical, equity-centered consulting. Our proprietary change models integrate anti-colonialist frameworks and healing-informed leadership to help clients navigate complexity with clarity and compassion. At my core, I believe change should never be done to people — it should be created with them. I lead with integrity, curiosity, and an unapologetic belief in the potential of others. Whether coaching senior leaders or redesigning systems, I’m here to challenge outdated models, elevate underrepresented voices, and redefine what “successful transformation” looks like — for real people, in the real world.
