I am a digital native who understands the centrality of technology and digital. I have 30+ years’ experience with Internet-enabled technology products and have been responsible or involved in bringing to market over 30 B2C or B2B products and services. As a Founder of Organa, I help businesses ($20–$500M) to strengthen their leadership, link strategy and operations, and leverage tech, people and product for strategic advantage. Specifically I- Help leaders transition into, out of, or across executive roles with clarity, structure, and confidence. Whether it’s a Founder stepping back, a CFO transitioning, or a COO stepping up, I ensure their transition is strategic, smooth, and well-executed. Through coaching, advisory, and execution support, I create the space and structure for leaders to think clearly, plan confidently, and make the right decisions—moving forward with certainty and impact- I act as a fractional strategic and operations partner to CEOs and senior leaders, helping them cut through complexity, align priorities, turn strategy into execution. I offer strategy and operations support, challenge assumptions, and create space for better decisions and execution—without the need for a full-time hire. Non Executive Director I currently serve on the Boards of auDA and Screenrights and served on the Board of Choice for 8 years, including 3 as Chair. I am a Chair, Non-Executive, Technology and Data Committee Chair, Public Benefit Committee Chair with over two decades of board-level experience across the Private and Public/For-purpose sectors and member based organisations. As a NED that understands change and the complexities of digital and technology I can identify which business areas require disruption or transformation to overcome bottlenecks or create new opportunities. As an innovation expert and product leader I've amounted 30+ years in Internet-enabled digital development, working with teams to deliver more than 30 products for B2B and B2C markets. I’ve got real-world and adjacent experience and insight to bring into the boardroom when addressing innovation and commercialisation. With strategic understanding and oversight capability I can also govern tech or transformation helping boards focus on business outcomes while supporting executives to deliver. Organisations I can best help: ones that have taken early market share but now have scale challenges. Or mature orgs with existing/legacy systems holding them back, typically Australian with $50-$500m turnover across B2B or B2C business models.
