About Sandra Eklund
Protein biochemist with a background in biopharmaceuticals. Currently working at Uppsala University in a collaboration project with stakeholders from industry. We are responsible for designing and implementing our own projects that with the aim to deliver protein drugs, medical devices or biomaterials. Within my project, I implement cloning, bioprocess optimisation both upstream and downstream, as well as analysis. So there's a lot of problem solving involved, which I like! I enjoy working in a tight-knit team (who doesn't?), with a high degree of responsibility within my projects.
