I have over 10 years of extensive administrative and finance experience gained in an engineering firm. I have worked in projects, finance and supported regional management wherein I have efficiently executed administrative duties such as drafting letters, memos, minutes of meetings, proactively organized social events, scheduled meetings, conference calls, travel arrangements; and assisted in preparation of a variety of materials including reports, statements, tabulations, local purchase orders, payroll, invoicing, expense reports etc. I hold a Bachelor’s of Commerce Degree and am proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe Acrobat and Outlook and also have working knowledge of Oracle and Focus accounting packages. I attribute my success to my exceptional communication skills, strong work ethic, time management and extraordinary multitasking skills.
