Working for Automation & Robotics has given me a solid B2B experience, by travelling on a regular basis all over Europe during 25 years. Since July, I have accepted a new challenge as Sales Director. I am fully aware of how lucky I am to work with a great, multi-skilled and motivated Team, in Belgium, but also around the world, collaborating with our subsidiaries and agents.Basicially, my mission is to strengthen the relationship with existing customers and finding new business opportunities.Beside of that, I am also deeply involved in marketing and communication. My aim is to preserve A&R's image and strengthen its position as a world leader for the positioning and inspection of ophthalmic lensesThe most gratifying in my job is to understand and answer to our (potential) customers’ needs, by developing a long-term relationship, based on integrity and confidence.
