About Sandra Gatica

My work as a user experience designer, is to understand the specific needs of a business to design meaningful and memorable experiences for users. The interesting thing for me in UX is that i can guide the projects in different parts of the processes without losing sight of the objectives outlined in the beginning. I have worked on projects Banking, Retail, Telephony and others. What I do- Understand product specifications and user needs - Collaborate with the business to delivery customer recommendations - Define the User Interface Design through information architecture, wireframes and user flows and validate it through usability testing - Work directly with customers and prospects to design end-to-end experiences using participatory and iterative design techniques - Find creative ways to solve UX problems - Plan and conduct user research and competitor analysis - Conduct usability testing and gather feedback - Interpret data and qualitative feedback - Create personas through user research and data - Work with UI designers to make sure to implement the right experience - Communicate design ideas and prototypes to the IT team Skills - Lift strategic business processes - Construction of digital business strategy - Working with multidisciplinary teams - Construction of measuring instruments for usability testing with users - Prototyping of interfaces Specialities- User Experience (UX)- User-centered design- User testing
