As a current student in the HR Management program at UMUC, I hope to continue on to becoming a Organizational Developer, using the tools and skills I have acquired working in health care for the past twenty-five years. Some of those duties and responsibilities included order, schedule, time management of systems such as Kronos, Pyxis, Careware,Clinican View, Tele Tracking, and most recently Clairvia as a site administrator. I have worked as a SAW Coach to my fellow SAW participants in helping to move from the program to starting college. My professional affiliations with NAHUC and The SHRM Student Club has allowed me to hone my skills as a Admin Assistant and manager of people, planning and hosting meetings for both organizations as well as a substitute manager on my unit when there are no Clinical team Leaders.
