Sandra Gladney is the Executive Director of Continuing and Professional Education (CPE) at the University of Oregon. She leads a team-oriented unit that serves professional development, community engagement, and lifelong learning programs to regional communities. Sandra completed her B.A. in Theatre and Communications at Central Methodist College in Fayette, Missouri, and her M.S. in Arts Management at University of Oregon. Sandra began her higher education career as a Program Coordinator, in 1998, with UO Continuing Education. She has served the Association for Continuing Higher Education (ACHE) at both regional and national board levels, and serves as Institutional Representative to the University Professional and Continuing Education Association (UPCEA.) Her prior volunteer work includes three years as Board President at a non-profit theatre in Eugene; current volunteer work is DJ at the local USA Ballroom Dance chapter.
