I have worked with many government and corporate organisations; helping them solve problems, implement continuous improvement strategies, develop customer-centric ways of working and enhance the skills of their teams. ​ I am a certified Lean Six Sigma Black Belt, PROSCI certified Change Manager and have a Cert IV in Training and Assessment. This means, I not only help you develop and implement improvement strategies, I can also help you and your teams develop the skills and confidence to sustain this approach. ​ I am a passionate advocate for making business more human.
