As an aspiring business professional with a strong foundation in leadership, management, and customer service, I thrive in dynamic environments where teamwork and efficiency drive success. Currently pursuing my Bachelor of Commerce at Concordia University’s John Molson School of Business, I bring hands-on experience in management, cash administration, health and safety compliance, and staff onboarding and training. As an Assistant Manager at Cineplex Kirkland, I oversee a team of 60+ employees, manage hiring and training, coordinate corporate events, and optimize day-to-day operations. My role has strengthened my ability to problem-solve, improve efficiency, and foster a positive team culture. Additionally, leading the Health and Safety committee has reinforced my attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high workplace standards.
