About Sandra Hackmann

At the moment I am taking care of international clients doing everything from the time an order comes in to possible complains. I am also involved in a direct marketing company. My position is diverse as I take care of around 80 agents, doing commercial back office, purchase and logistics. The diversity lays within the details as I help the agents with orders, check with the logistic for a fast shipment and check with transporters when they can deliver. I also take care of the purchase, control the inventory collaborating close with logistics and warehouse to guarantee a smooth supply chain. I work with passion and I am a perfectionist, I always try to find the best solution collaborating with my colleagues. Communication between the different departments is key for a functioning supply chain and as a result a satisfied customer. Working in a small direct marketing company with just a few colleagues helps me to understand and work in nearly every division, commercial, purchase, logistics, marketing, HR and also administration. The diversity is what makes it interesting. I always want to learn new things and love to help others with my knowledge, collaboration is everything. In the past I worked in a huge international company where I had the opportunity to work in various divisions, not just in the office but also in the production to learn how a product is created and to understand the whole process of a product that is sold later on.
