Strategic executive that brings over 20 years of international consulting experience helping clients to plan and implement successfully strategic change and talent development, such as ERP implementations, workplace transformations, life-long learning, and performance management. Areas of experience include: change management, workplace of the future transformations, technology adoption, leadership team alignment, and management training in various industries including higher education, health care, telecommunications, financial services, and pharmaceuticals. As well as Public and Private sectors. Led Change Management teams in Canada, US, India and Latin America applying robust Project Management skills. My business experience is complemented by extensive academic experience. For more than 15 years I have taught in the MBA program at Argentina’s main business schools. I was a tenured professor at Buenos Aires University and still participate as a guest speaker delivering virtual lectures. Also been a guest speaker at the University of Waterloo, University of Guelph and the Rotman School of Management (University of Toronto). A certified Prosci Change Management professional, and member of the ACMP Toronto Chapter (Association of Change Management Professionals). Also hold certifications in thinking styles: MBTI - Myers-Briggs Type Indicator, BTSA - Benziger Thinking Styles Assessment and Business Chemistry®.
