About Sandra Jackle

As President & CEO of the Regina Hotel Association (RHA), I’m passionate about positioning Regina as a powerhouse destination for sports, business, and major events! I lead a dynamic team that collaborates with members, partners, and the community to attract high-impact events, driving hotel revenue and showcasing Regina’s energy on a national stage. Our not-for-profit association represents 23 hotels, over 3,200 guest rooms, and a workforce of more than 1,400 people—all working together to make Regina unforgettable. Through bold marketing, strategic advocacy, and exceptional member services, the RHA is dedicated to growing our city’s visitor economy. Before joining the RHA, I served as Vice President of Corporate Development at Regina Exhibition Association Limited (REAL District), helping to transform it into one of Canada’s largest sport, entertainment, and event complexes. REAL District hosts an estimated 3 million+ guests annually across 1 million square feet of indoor space and 40+ acres of outdoor tradeshow grounds—serving as a national hub for entertainment, agri-business, sports, and cultural events. My career spans non-profit leadership, government roles as Director of Communications and Media Relations, and market research analysis in the private sector. I’ve also spent time as a Sessional Lecturer at the University of Regina since 2008, working with students in leadership, sport sociology, and motor learning. I have a Master’s of Science degree in Kinesiology from the U of R, where I focused my research on Consumer Behaviour and Sport Marketing. I’m proud to have been recognized as a Faculty of Graduate Studies Research Award recipient and the U of R Kinesiology and Health Distinguished Alumni in 2019. I believe in the power of collaboration and relentless energy to fuel Regina’s growth—and I’m all in!
