About Sandra Kopala

As an Assistant Property Manager at CANDEREL GROUP, a leading real estate development and management company in Canada, I have over 15 years of experience in delivering high-quality service to tenants, landlords, and contractors. I am working towards my RECA and RPA credentials, which will enhance my knowledge and skills in the industry. My core competencies include process improvement, problem solving, and interpersonal skills, which I use to achieve high standards of maintenance and service within budget and at competitive costs. I also have a proven track record of resolving property issues, interpreting lease terms, and performing site inspections. In 2022, I won the Customer Service Award for my excellence in communication and tenant satisfaction, then won the Service Excellence Award in 2024. One of my proudest achievements is managing multiple sites, including The Shops at Buffalo Run development on the Tsuut’ina Nation, where I facilitate a respectful and mutually beneficial relationship with the Elders and the community. I enjoy working closely with onsite contractors, tenants, and other stakeholders to ensure smooth and efficient operations. My mission is to embrace the change and challenges in the dynamic and diverse field of property management.
