About Sandra Kressel

As a generalist HR specialist, Sandra has more than 10 years of professional experience. She has successfully completed her part-time education as a bachelor professional of human resources management and is currently completing her master professional of business management. Also, she is an attender at a cross-company mentoring program for future female leaders. With more than five years of experience as a specialist in payroll accounting at Fraport AG, she got to know all facets of this area. In addition, she successfully participated in the implementation of the data exchange procedure "Electronic Replacement Services"(short: EEL) via SAP. This revealed one of her professional preferences for technical implementation of new requirements in the human resources area. For another four years she worked as a generalist HR business partner at Fraport AG, whose expertise not only ranges from onboarding to offboarding, but also increasingly found itself in operational human resources work, consulting, and representation of leaders. During this time, Sandra accompanied the company-wide talent management and, together with the personnel development department, carried out potential analyzes to identify young talent and to accompany and support them in the future. Sandra has been working for FraCareServices GmbH as a personnel officer since the end of 2019. In addition to the usual area of responsibility, her focus is on using her know-how to strategically align the HR department for the future, to design structured processes, and to modernize HR monitoring and HR controlling with the help of SAP.
