Financial Industry hooked me and there's no going back. Growing up there were two career paths placed in front of me by my Caribbean parents who migrated from Haiti."You will be a doctor or lawyer; choose one". I chose the path to become a physician. A long and arduous jouurney where after four years of studying Science, you then embark on an additional four years of more. Science. Unfortunately, the path was not as linear as I expected and I landed in Tampa to pursue an additional degree in Biomedical Science. With a growing family, the crooked path led me into the financial industry; a stop I never imagined. At Raymond James, the knowledge I've gained has been rewarding in many ways. Through trust, dependability, complex problem solving, critical thinking, decision making, strategic thinking, driving for results, and leadership I am afforded the opportunity as an Operations Manager to guide our dedicated team of over 91 individuals towards the vision of supporting our advisors and clients' financial needs by providing the highest possible level of service. In the end, the crooked path led me to essentially the same goal. As a physician, I wanted to "help people". At Raymond James, my job involves "helping people".
