About Sandra Leo

Management has been an inevitable consequence of the acquired experience and was a new starting point for work planning and coordination skills development, for optimization the cost and sale of services, through the control and management active and passive food cost, budget and P&L. I followed projects of catering activities and catering services for high-level hotels, started up and managed enterprise with sales of food and wine products, managing the selection and purchase by the contracts with suppliers, and the right reference market sales prices. In my long experience I learned that "you can't get anywhere on your own" so selection, training, organizing and motivating staff has always been a priority, conveying my team sense and passion for my job, allowing them to grow and join me at the best, recognizing their merits and correcting mistakes in a constructive way and at the time learning with them to follow new paths! Together we have achieved unexpected goals. I come from the gavetta of the hard work and worked hard to grow, often in adverse conditions, but always with proper respect for people! My experiences are listed below, but is not written that to get to know deeply my job and open my mind to an open vision on the problem solving, has been a conscious choice to follow always new and different projects. I always left companies in perfect working order, thinking always that the manager’s good job should be to make sure that they can also work well without him. This vision has allowed to consolidate companies in loss and satisfy the most demanding customers, improving the quality of the offer and driving and orienting their choices, toward what could fullest satisfy them. I met the most diverse companies, from small businesses, the famed restaurant, the chain format, the big international corporations, in each of them I brought my contribution and I learned a lot. From each experience I brought both the goals achieved and the precious mistakes with me, aware that only by careful analysis of the latter can be achieved even greater successes.
