I’m an ambitious and highly driven individual who loves the exciting career of insurance. Nearly two years. I have used the managerial and problem-solving skills I’ve gained throughout the years to help leave customers better off with understanding how their insurance works. I am licensed in Property and Casualty, Life and Health. My role as Client Engagement Manager at Office Depot has been to motivate associates, provide great customer service, and create a professional and friendly working environment. I resolve customer issues and respond to customer complaints in a timely manner with a solution. I’m responsible ensuring the cashiers and sales associates are signing up customers to receive the benefits from the Loyalty Program. In this time with the company, I have doubled the number of signups compared to last year. Previously, I was an employee for Dollar Tree, Inc. For the last six years I had happily and successfully been the Store Manager at 3 separate locations. Throughout that time, I trained numerous others to become store managers and maintaining a near flawless attendance record (even through Covid protocols). All while performing daily store manager duties, including Scheduling, Payroll, and Hiring. I look forward in growing in this amazing career and the opportunities it has to offer as well as being sales and customer focus.
