About Sandra Majchrowska

I have been in the fitness industry since 2016 and have experience in group exercise instructing, coaching and 1:1 training. I offer a specialist service for people with medical issues and can give a combat style approach, having obtained my blue belt in Brazilian Jiu-jitsu. I design tailored training programmes and provide packages that help individuals achieve their goals, realistic to their day to day demands. Prior to this, I acquired a Diploma in Teaching English as a Foreign Language, which was applied during my internship in South east Asia. I also obtained valuable experience in corporate and social responsibility, during a graduate placement at the East London Business Alliance. I carried out administrative, recruitment and communications tasks and received inhouse training at the Ashridge Business School.
