About Sandra Mallut

With over 21 years of experience in the culinary and pastry industry, Sandra is a Le Cordon Bleu certified chef and consultant who has worked on a variety of projects, from restaurant/bakery development, production plans, management, event development and sponsorship acquisition. Sandra is passionate about sharing her knowledge and skills with others, especially working with new business to help develop their plans for change, training, expansion and menu development. Additionally, Sandra has been exploring the new and exciting field of artificial intelligence (AI) and how it can enhance the restaurant and bakery business. Sandra is always eager to learn new things and to adapt to the changing needs of the market. Since Jan 2020, Sandra has been an online tutor at Varsity Tutors, a Nerdy Company, where she focuses on helping with "AI" Artificial Intelligence, multiple choice test behaviors, study and organizational tools, study guides, note taking, cooking techniques, and recipe development. Sandra also created the NMLS Assessment Test for Varsity Tutors, along with contributing to the questions developed for the assessment.
