I’m driven by a passion for empowering teams and individuals, with over a decade of leadership and program management experience in the social impact sector. Holding a Financial Capability Practitioner degree from Massey University and certifications in Mental Health and Addiction, as well as The Science of Well-Being from Yale University, I am dedicated to fostering financial resilience and positive change. In my current role as Client Onboarding Manager at Christians Against Poverty (CAP), I lead initiatives that improve client onboarding processes, ensuring a smooth, effective experience for all. My work focuses on identifying operational improvements, streamlining workflows, and building strong partnerships with funders, creditors, and NGOs to achieve better client outcomes. I also lead a team, coaching and mentoring to create a culture of continuous improvement and work to align CAP's goals and vision with impactful service delivery. My journey reflects my commitment to fostering economic resilience, uplifting team capabilities, and driving positive change. Beyond my professional endeavours, I am an avid advocate for the disadvantaged, a Scouts Committee Chairperson, and a dedicated volunteer with a history of community engagement. I thrive in collaborating with others who share my vision and values, and I welcome opportunities to expand my network and learn from others.
