Growing up, Sandra gained invaluable work experience alongside her father at the Crescent Beach Marina, where she pumped gas and meticulously detailed cars. These early lessons instilled in her a strong work ethic, which continues to shape her approach to business today. As a proud member of the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board and The White Rock/South Surrey Chamber of Commerce, Sandra actively engages with the local community. She served on the Board of Directors for the Beach House Theatre and proudly supported causes such as the Peace Arch Hospital Foundation and the Crescent Beach Concours D'Elegance. Sandra's journey in the real estate industry began in 1990 when she obtained her license at the age of 20. After eight successful years in real estate, she ventured into the field of international advertising, managing the Sales Training department. However, her passion for real estate and the birth of her wonderful daughters drew her back into the industry. Since 2006, Sandra has represented renowned real estate development companies and has specialized in residential resale. Throughout her career, both as an individual and as a member of the esteemed DuMoulin-Miller Group, Sandra has consistently achieved recognition in the Fraser Valley Real Estate Board Medallion Club, ranking among the top 1% achievers. With her exceptional negotiation and conflict resolution skills, she has successfully brokered properties worth over seven hundred and fifty million dollars in the Lower Mainland.
