About Sandra Miller

As a qualified and registered (APMG International) Change Practitioner, I am both interested in and passionate about people! I am seeking people focussed change leadership roles with a focus on supporting colleagues to understand change, what the changes mean for them individually and as a team. This approach enables colleagues to adapt to new ways of working, reduces resistance and change fatigue, building resilience and capability. I have 28 years experience in health and social care including mental health, older and disabled adults and people with a learning disability. I am an experienced and qualified social worker/ senior manager. My experience spans inspection and regulation, policy analysis, design/ implementation and corporate change management. I am interested in supporting, mentoring and nurturing social care staff, particularly in adult social care, to enhance performance, confidence and competence and achieve the best outcomes for people who use services. I am also interested in managing quality assurance processes which take account of the views of people who use services.
