About Sandra Negron

One of the most important keys to finding success is adaptability. In my professional career I have been able to excel in different fields, from design and management to hospitality and ultimately health & fitness. My ability to adapt to different career paths throughout my life has given me a different perspective at each stop. The combination of the skills I have learned throughout my working career with the knowledge I gained in the past as an Interior Architect and then as a Personal Trainer has prepared me for a multi-skilled career in the health field, with multiple skills such as strong verbal and nonverbal communication, management, needs analysis, abide by established policies, procedures, timelines and deadlines. I am extremely passionate about developing fitness programs for clients and helping them to transform their lives.
