About Sandra Nolan

Hey, I'm Sandra. I’m based in Sydney, where I look after the ANZ channel for purpose-built rackmount kits designed for firewalls, switches, and routers. Not the flashiest part of the tech stack, but one of the most critical. Without our purpose built racks, critical gear often ends up loosely installed, creating messy setups, poor airflow, and unnecessary downtime, compromising security deployments and causing problems nobody wants to explain later. Our racks play a quiet but critical role: keeping the security tools companies invest in online, reliable, and easy to manage. Before this, I worked at a tech startup, helping kick off their early growth. In Year 1, we drove an 80% revenue jump, and by FY2021, revenue hit $3.5M, up 46% from the year before. I loved leading teams, figuring out strategy, and making sure growth actually stuck.I spend a lot of time on LinkedIn sharing my wins, sharing partner stories, and the occasional behind the scenes look at the infrastructure that provides the right environment to keep modern businesses running.I have a healthy appreciation for the gear that holds everything together.#rackon
