About Sandra Novakov

I am a highly competent investor relations professional with exceptionally wide-ranging experience, having worked with more than 100 listed and private companies globally as their IR advisor or outsourced Head of IR over a period of more than 20 years. I am well versed in identifying and articulating the value proposition of a business to stakeholders and building relationships with capital markets participants, executive management and board directors. In addition to leading financial and sustainability reporting and investor engagement efforts, I have played an active role in managing communications around IPOs, capital restructurings, de-listings, M&A, shareholder activism, bond offerings, and a range of corporate crises. My experience spans a wide range of sectors, with particular strengths in TMT, financial services, real estate and natural resources. In addition to being a regular guest speaker at IR conferences and contributor to news articles on issues affecting the IR profession, I sit on the UK IR Society’s Membership Committee and regularly host the Society’s training sessions on a wide range of investor relations issues.
