I have been very successful in managing projects and successfully implementing new programs by fostering interdisciplinary relationships among team members including C-Suite executives. With a Doctorate in Organizational Leadership, I work keep my emphasis on managing projects from “cradle-to-grave” as well as working with IT to keep current systems up and running through fixes and enhancements. I work diligently with business partners and clients to preserves and monitor their expectations and to fulfill organizational requirements with consideration on efficiency versus effectiveness. I am able to keep a positive flow of work by using the resources and facilities available to consistently maximize outcomes while supporting a great relationship with the application development teams. Several of my recent accomplishments include: • Developed cybersecurity boot camp program which in less than one year has created over in net income. • Saved several million dollars a year by successfully transitioning 95% of courses from print to electronic textbooks • Cut course development cost, for example in year 1 we were budgeted for $2 million and only spent $1.4 million • Increased loan volume by over 20%.
