About Sandra Panagiris

Sandra is a registered psychologist specialising in organisational development, change and culture. In her career she has had the opportunity to work on a range of project based initiatives that, over the years, has enabled her to ground her theoretical knowledge in the real world. Her practical and 'real' approach to providing solutions enables her to quickly build rapport with clients and stakeholders to deliver outcomes. Coupled with her extensive people and business management experience, Sandra is an all rounder who has skills across a multitude of areas, from strategic planning and risk management in a complex business environment to the application of project management for community based initiatives. Sandra has her own independant consultancy - Spana Perspectives - which provides her with the opportunity to share her knowledge and experience in the realm of change strategy, change management, organisational development, and culture change. Services range from management consulting/coaching, organisational reviews, strategy development, project/initiative delivery. Sandra is a people person who likes to 'make a difference' where she can. She volunteers for a number of community groups and is passionate about learning from every experience.
