About Sandra Pineau-Boddison

As a board member, I bring a diverse wealth of experience and knowledge from my 30-year career in the airline industry including operations, customer experience, financial acumen and shareholder value. I have a keen interest in supporting companies on their path to success which includes identifying opportunities for growth, customer satisfaction and operational excellence. Through my service as board chair of Intervine, Inc, a private ESOP company, in addition to serving on the IFSA Foundation, an industry association non-profit board, I am able to understand the intricate inner workings of a board in respect to governance, best practice and overall relationship building. I remain passionate about leveraging my experience to benefit companies and their key stakeholders. As an independent consultant, I am leveraging my airline industry credentials as Founder | Principal of SPB Consulting LLC and as a Partner with The Hayward Partnership, a boutique consulting firm supporting the onboard hospitality industry. I utilize my extensive background to work with clients to optimize their business, improve performance, increase revenue and control costs. As a retired airline executive, I bring over 26-years of dedication and accomplishments in operations, finance and customer experience. As SVP Customers at United Airlines, I reported directly to the Chief Revenue Officer and led the airline’s efforts to design an industry leading customer journey to establish the company as carrier of choice, building strong loyalty while differentiating the experience. In addition, I presented to the Board regularly regarding the customer experience strategy and vision for the company, providing insight and knowledge of how a public board operates including the ability to work with all stakeholders such as board members, management, shareholders and customers.
