Merchandising Coordinator/ Administrator Assistant I have been in the Retail business for many years learning as I went from so many wonderful Managers & District Managers. I left Retail for a while and went into the medical field and learned compassion and listening. Which helped me when I owned my own business for a brief time. I love retail and helping people. That is why I enjoyed the medical and retail fields so much, especially the retail. In retail I have been able to help other put bathrooms together by their color choices and their likes, bedroom organizers by color and sizes. Love to organize. My one rule I have gone when fixing a room is fine that special item you love the most i.e. a chair, couch, vase, or picture. Now pick out three colors from that and design your room. Any time you want to change your room you can change the three colors. Now you have a new room. Just by changing hardware in the kitchen can change the whole look of a kitchen or changing pillows in a room can change the look of a room. Simple inexpensive things can make a room change. So, that is why I am at HomeGoods.
