I am an experienced Human Resources Professional having worked in varied roles, ranging from advisory to leadership with a demonstrated history of working primarily in the financial industry. Skilled in Coaching, Management, Performance Management, and Team Leadership. I have a Bachelor of Arts degree (BA) majoring in Psychology from University of Mumbai and a post graduate diploma in Human Resource Management from the London College of Management. With a career spanning over 20+ years in the Financial sector, I have been fortunate to have worked within the financial sector for renowned organisations such as Citibank, Bank of Credit & Commerce International, Commercial Bank of Dubai, ANZ & BNZ. I have been fortunate to have practiced across a number of renowned organisations both regionally and internationally. This global exposure has allowed me the ability to engage dynamically and effectively with staff regardless of background, culture, and professional level. In my own work, I have fostered an environment that reflects and fosters my own core values of authenticity, adaptability honesty and ethical action. Through these values, I have been able to deliver effective agile management and superior customer service.
