About Sandra Rosa

I’m a dedicated professional with a wealth of experience in hospitality, events, higher education and vocational education. A solid background in hospitality management and a genuine passion for nurturing talent. I have taken on roles in both academic institutions and industry training. I am passionate in delivering practical, hands-on education to help future hospitality leaders thrive, drawing on years of experience and industry insights. From commercial cookery to leadership development, I’ve worked across many areas of hospitality, always aiming to make a positive impact. My focus is on creating meaningful learning experiences, backed by a strong mix of qualifications and certifications to stay current and connected to the industry. I lead by being hands-on — whether it's in the classroom, on the floor, or behind the scenes. I believe the best outcomes come from working alongside your team, understanding the details, and always staying connected to the guest experience. I would like to explore new challenges where I can bring my energy, creativity, and real-world experience to make a meaningful impact.
